Balancing the sixth chakra - Ajna


The sixth chakra, also known as the third eye or Ajna chakra, is associated with intuition, insight, and clarity of thought. Balancing this chakra can help enhance your perception, intuition, and inner wisdom. Here are some practices that can help balance the sixth chakra:

  1. Meditation: Regular meditation is one of the most effective ways to balance and activate the third eye chakra. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and focus your attention on the space between your eyebrows. Imagine a deep indigo or purple light in that area, and visualize it expanding and becoming brighter with each breath.

  2. Affirmations: Repeat positive affirmations that resonate with the third eye chakra. Examples include "I trust my intuition," "I see clearly with my inner vision," or "I am connected to my higher self." Repeat these affirmations regularly, either silently or aloud, to reinforce positive beliefs.
