The Super Moon is a captivating celestial event that occurs when the Moon is at its closest point to Earth, appearing larger and brighter than usual. If you're looking to incorporate rituals or practices to connect with the energy of the Super Moon, here are a few ideas:

  1. Moon Gazing: Find a comfortable spot outdoors with a clear view of the night sky. As the Super Moon rises, spend some time simply observing its beauty. Allow yourself to be fully present in the moment and take in the awe-inspiring sight. You can also consider journaling or sketching your impressions and feelings during this experience.

  2. Moon Bathing: Take advantage of the Moon's amplified energy by practicing moon bathing. Find a serene spot outside or near a window where the moonlight can touch you. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position, close your eyes, and breathe deeply. Visualize the moonlight enveloping your body, infusing you with its radiant energy.
